GDPR Rules for the protection and processing of personal data In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
These rules for the protection and processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") describe which personal data of individuals, especially customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Subject"), are processed in the course of the company's activities. This Policy defines the types of personal data that we collect and process when you use our services or enter into another contract with us, as well as how your personal data is used, transferred and protected. Below we inform you about the processing of your personal data and your rights in accordance with article 12 of Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter also referred to as "GDPR").
Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is an individual who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by reference to a specific identifier, such as a name, identification number, location data, network identifier, or one or more special elements of a physical, physiological, the genetic, psychological, economic, cultural, or social identity of that individual.
The administrator has not appointed a person responsible for the protection of personal data.

The Administrator has the right to transfer personal data to persons with whom he has concluded a contract for the processing of personal data and who will process personal data for the Administrator as their processors. Based on the above, the Administrator has the right to transfer the personal data of the Data Subject to the following persons, or categories of items:
-carriers
-assembly groups
-programmers of the information system used to create the order
The personal data of the Data Subject may subsequently be transferred to the following recipients/categories of recipients:
-the Administrator of suppliers,
-employees of the Administrator,
-persons who are in other contractual relations with the Administrator (for example, suppliers of marketing and advertising services),
-financial institutions and insurance companies,
-government agencies within the framework of fulfilling the legal obligations of the Administrator established by relevant legal norms

The personal data of the Data Subject may subsequently be transferred to the following recipients/categories of recipients:
